Modular Wheel Assembly
A wheel assembly that holds the gears that drive it between two gear plates to prevent slippage and make it completely modular.
The assembly was drawn out in AutoCAD then set up to be milled on a 24"x19" sheet of plywood.
The sheet was then converted to a DXF file (drawing exchange format) and the machining paths programmed.
The parts were then milled out and assembled into the finished product.
